Statement of Corporate Social Responsibility
   Our Seven Pillars

Our business ethics goes beyond commerce, incorporating our social responsibility to the community, nation, the world at large and all who dwell and thrive in it.
We have adopted the following platform upon which we endeavour to foster greater participation.
1. Recycle
Tax Tree is conscious of using recyclable office inputs these include electronics, paper, plastic, cardboard, food waste, printer ink cartridges, batteries, and office equipment. We endeavour to recycle and consequentially save items from going to landfill.

2. Paper and Hardcopy documents
We understand that letters and notices could be communicated via digital technology and as such Tax Tree shall endeavour to communicate as it is legally permitted to do so using digital technology available to it. This may include emails, text and other digital methods. We understand that this will contribute positively towards our environment

3. Reduce Energy Consumption
Tax Tree will turn off unnecessary lights in the business overnight. Will continuously use light bulbs with energy efficient ones. We also will power down our computers when not in use. Where permissible we shall endeavour to, install solar energy panels.

4. Volunteer Locally
Tax Tree understands the frustration of new graduates in the field of Accounting and Taxation and shall endeavour to support as many with work experiences. While we may not have the demand for large number of employee, we shall do our best in supporting the local community in this area.
We are part of our local community and shall also endeavour to support the community by volunteering for fundraisers, for environmental causes and related activities .

5. Philanthropic Obligation
Tax Tree as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility actively engages in philanthropic obligations and supports the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) also known as Doctors Without Borders.

6. Collaborate With Other Businesses
Tax Tree shall find inventive ways of collaborating with other small businesses, either through their Chamber of Commerce, local branches of associations, networking groups, or just local business community. We shall endeavour to help each other to develop a healthy local economy and sustainable business practices. Tax Tree believes it is the kind of community involvement that can help the entire community grow.

7. Help Global Causes
Tax Tree is conscious of the civil unrest in most of the places around the world and as members and participants in the global community. We shall put the public and global interest before our business interest. We shall express our views where there are injustices and acts that threaten Human Rights. We shall also express our views together with the community where laws are seen to be unjust and detrimental to a cohesive and vibrant society.
